Yes! Every custom door and window order will receive a unique set of shop drawings for review after the deposit is made. We typically turn around detailed shop drawings of your proposed high-security doors and windows within a week. Sample shop drawings can be provided upon request. 

We recommend downloading our specification sheet when adding our products to your project’s plans. You may also send your floor plans or schedules to our team for review.

Our doors and windows are custom-made to fit your existing or planned conditions. Due to our adjustable shims, the rough opening should be 1.0″ – 1.5″ wider and 0.5″ to 1.0″ taller than our frame. 

Our products can be installed into timber, masonry, and concrete framing. If needed, we can also manufacture extended jambs for larger wall types. 

Our electronic locking doors come prewired and are supplied with a power box, battery backup, and transformer. All that is required for our electronic lock is access to a standard wall outlet.

Since all our products are custom-made, we do not have an official catalog. We can replicate most exterior and interior door designs if you’d like a discreet door. We can also create a completely custom project if desired! Our Project Coordinators are design experts and love helping clients create the door of their dreams. 

No, we do not require nor have authorized installers. We also do not offer installation services nor subcontract installers for your project.

While having someone familiar with our products is beneficial, we have pre-engineered our doors to be easy to install. We recommend that you follow our installation video before you install our products. Installation Video
